What is The Witches Road ?

The major plot for Agatha All Along seems to be about Agatha and her new coven traveling the witches road. 

The Witches’ Road is a magical dimension parallel to Earth that can only be accessed by witches and practitioners of magic that promises to give a person the thing they desire most if they survive magical trials.

But what  is it based on ?

Defining your path can sometimes be namable and unnamable. 

“Now we are going to get down to the business of defining your own path. When it comes to Witchcraft, authenticity has nothing to do with age. Rather the focus should be on answering the question Does this work — for me?  How do you determine what will work best for you?
