There’s A Wild Moon Coming

WILD -adjective, untamed; not domesticated; feral.

Throughout the month of July 2024, we experience a gradual shift from Cardinal Water energy to Fixed Fire energy as Mercury, Venus, and the Sun leave Cancer and enter Leo. This shift invites us to leave our comfort zone, open up to the world, and consciously choose to wholeheartedly participate in life.

The New Moon in Cancer is an opportunity to come into a new relationship with our emotions and our vulnerability.

This month’s Capricorn Full Moon happens on the 29º degree and conjunct with Pluto at 0º of Aquarius. This lunation marks the culmination of a journey of psychological and emotional transformation and facilitates revelations and insights about structural changes that need to be made in our inner and outer lives.

While it may be tempting to get caught up in petty power struggles or overwhelm yourself with unrealistic expectations, the resilient buck moon reminds you to resist stagnation and release old habits and toxic cycles to attract what you want.

Get Wild

I am profoundly influenced by the power and energy of the divine moon. I believe we all are.

Dance up the full moon’s energy into your body and let it crack you open. Often there are tears, lots in fact.  Cry for things you haven”t expressed, or fears that keep you awake at night or pain from past wounds. Dance them all and surrender them to the moon.

Under the moon, in all your wildest being.

Moons cycles are like learning how the cross-quarter days, the equinoxes, and solstices mark the seasons and sacred times. Eight times a year we have a chance to tune in and listen.

Part of the connection with the Wild is being present. Being truly present to what is before us, within us and around us.

Start to notice how the plants and life shift with each of the moons, as they call in their own season.

Each moon brings in a new season. The New Moon marks the beginning of the season, and the Full Moon the end.

Stay wild means keep being you and doing what you’re doing as your honest self. Be true to you.
